The Launch Accelerator Calendar is your go-to for keeping track of all our group sessions and workshops. It's easy to use and will help you stay organized, so you're always prepared for our next event.

The calendar you see is set to UTC time. That means when you see a session listed for a certain time, like 12 p.m., it's in Coordinated Universal Time, which might be different from where you are.

 

To make sure you don't miss anything because of a time mix-up, here's what you can do:

  • Find the session you want to join on the calendar.

  • Click on the session, and you'll see an option that says 'copy to my calendar.' Hit that button.

  • This will add the event to your personal calendar. The best part? It will automatically show the session time in your local time zone. So, if you're not on UTC, you'll see the event at the right time for you.

Also, when you click on an event, you'll get the Zoom link for that session. It's that easy – just click the link at the right time, and you're in!

Alongside the Membership Site we also have the Q & As and cohorts that happen frequently.

Below, I have outlined all the different Q & As & cohorts we have in Launch Accelerator, the timings of those and also what you should expect from them.

General Q and A

Description: The General Q&A, hosted by Sai, is a bi-monthly event where you can ask any questions you have and receive answers from Sai. It serves as a platform to address various inquiries, and Sai will provide responses during the Q&A session.

Frequency: Twice a month

Time: 2 pm UTC on a Monday

Host: Sai Blackbyrn

How to join: A Calendar Invite will be sent to you to join the General Q & A.

JV Q and A

Description: The JV Q&A, hosted by Dawn, is a bi-monthly event where you can ask any questions you have and receive answers from our Head of Partnerships, Dawn. It serves as a platform to address various JV and Podcast JV related questions and Dawn will provide responses during the Q&A session.

Frequency: Twice a month

Time: 2 pm UTC on a Tuesday

Sales Q and A

Description: The Sales Q&A, hosted by Scott, is a bi-monthly event where you can ask any questions you have and receive answers from our Sales Coach, Scott. It serves as a platform to address various Sales related questions and Scott will provide responses during the Q&A session.

Frequency: Twice a month

Time: 4 pm UTC on a Monday

Niche Workshop

Description: The Niche Workshop, hosted by Dawn, is a weekly event where you can validate your niche report after you receive it from us. You must submit the Niche form before you join this workshop. It also helps you understand the nuances of your niche and can give you additional insights beyond your Niche Report.

Frequency: Once a Week

Time: 3 pm UTC on a Thursday

Host: Dawn Morgan

How to join: You need to register for the workshop. You can register for the workshop after you submit your niche form.

Mindset Cohort

Description: The Mindset Cohort, hosted by Stacey, is a weekly session designed to prioritize the crucial aspect of mindset. Recognizing that mindset is instrumental in the success of High Ticket Coaches, the cohort aims to foster a strong community, a sense of belonging, and alignment within the coaching industry as a whole. By coming together in this cohort, participants can cultivate a positive and growth-oriented mindset that empowers them on their coaching journey.

Frequency: Once a week

Time: Wednesday 12am UTC and Friday 4pm UTC
